They know all about bad smoking effects and they surely don’t want to be a victim of them. Unfortunately, addiction to nicotine is something that can’t be fixed overnight. The reasons for starting the habit are as numerous as the brands of cigarettes out there, but a smoker only needs one reason to realize that their habit is bad. Smoking is something that’s self-destructive and addictive. The line which separates the two is blurred. And so if you decide to quit smoking, you can’t just focus on getting rid of the addiction, you have to change your habits as well. And we all know that tells us about which habits die hard, the old and the bad.
